Music Video Network app is a music & video social network that makes it easy to create, share and discover professional-looking videos that you can shoot in seconds.
Users can record multiple tracks, just like in a professional studio, then instantly edit with a touch of a button. If they don’t play a musical instrument, they can choose a favorite song from a phone and dance or sing along, or sing multi-track a cappella.

The main issues were the processing of the video stream.
As the project wasn’t designed from scratch, we’ve used the Kanban approach. Tasks have been completed by stages, then tested and deployed in production.
