The software is an in-house platform for project management through an internal Kanban board.

The platform allows you to seamlessly assign tasks, move them through various processes, communicate with team members, and automate routine work.

So, you can stay organized by visually highlighting tasks that need to be done and creating a workflow process that lets you assign each step to various members. This software will also help you make sure your employees are focused on tasks and completing projects on time.

Challenge

The customer entrusted our team with the development of the following services:

• In-house team management service.
• Project management service integrated with the team service.
• Kanban Board management service joined with the project’s service.
• Chat service that enables both one-on-one and group chats.

Development Process

The back-end services were developed on the Node.js platform to amp up back-end development while using the tried-and-true language – TypeScript.

To develop a front-end part, we used React.js, a declarative, efficient, and flexible JavaScript library to build user interfaces.

Services run on microservice architecture. We implemented service synchronization using RabbitMQ.

Result

The project was finished in line with the requirements. Our development team has fully implemented team, project, Kanban board services. Also, we have integrated them with the main system.
