Precious Metals Trading Platform is a custom system for exchanging and trading precious metals, coins, and crypto-tokens based on the mobile OS. The users can make orders online. Once the order is received by admins, the user gets a confirmation email with all the necessary information. Then it is necessary to transfer money to the bank account of the company specified in the agreement. After the payment is received, noble metals are purchased for the user and are assigned with a unique identification number for further shipment to the storage. They will be stored in insured safes of high reliability.
By the time of release, the application contained eight-step user registration and a menu containing the following sections:
In addition, the user status within the application can be upgraded in order to expand the capabilities of a basic account provided at registration. We also added functions such as using biometric user data, password recovery, referral system with reading/generating QR codes.
The client is an international company that specializes in the distribution and marketing of precious metals.

The challenge was to develop an application client interface that is attractive enough for private investors who are going to buy, sell, and exchange metals. Integration with services that are responsible for the exchange and trading of precious metals is expected to be added once extensive user testing has been made.
The whole application consists of the backend side, Android, and iOS applications.
The backend side is developed in PHP language using the Laravel framework.
The Android application is built using Kotlin language and other tools including RxJava, Retrofit, OkHttp, Koin, Moxy, Material Design, Glide, Biometrics, Firebase, Zxing BarCodeScanner, MPAndroidChart.
We also developed the iOS app with the help of Swift language with the following tools: UIKit, Alamofire, AVFoundation, Charts, Firebase, Local Authentication, FaceID.
The client got a successful application that helps private investors worldwide to have access to a professional precious metal market. In the first four months, 500 unique users were registered.
