Great experience

Courtney was extremely responsive and always available over text messages and emails, even late in the evening and during weekends. She answered all my questions patiently, kept me updated on the process periodically and made the closing go smoothly. Being a first time home buyer I went into the process a bit skeptically, but my expectations were definitely exceeded.

Amazing Experience!

In this climate of uncertainty and sky high interest rates Andres was able to not only get our family a low interest rate, but he also went out of his way to educate us and make us feel secure. Any questions or confusion we ran into he was always available to explain and make us feel comfortable with our finances during a very stressful house hunt. He drafted us specific offer letters to help us be competitive and in many cases offered us better advice than our realtor. He was able to use his knowledge and experience to lock in our lower interest rate so that we didn’t feel so much stress and time pressure about our loan and monthly payment. We would recommend him to anyone looking for financing or refinancing. He’s a genuinely kind and good person who we look forward to working with the next time we buy it refinance. Highly Recommended

I would like to give at least 5 stars to our loan advisor Leakhena Suon. If I could give more stars, I would. She was a wonderful partner in this, at times, challenging journey of purchasing a house. Her attention to detail, quick responses, and overall knowledge of the loan process was outstanding. I would work with Lea again and fully recommend her services. Extremely helpful and reliable

Last minute of closing a deal on a house my family and I decided to go a different direction regarding getting a loan. We saw Filo and requested a quote and met Andres. From then on he has been there every step of the way, from explaining every detail , to always being available when we randomly called him for anything we needed. Safe to say purchasing a home.. let alone your first home can be stressful, having someone you can count on especially when it comes to the finances was extremely helpful. Overall we had a great experience and are thankful for all Andres did.

Great Experience - Amazingly Responsive

Tia is truly a professional that enjoys what she does and it shows. From our first encounter, I was impressed by her knowledge and customer-oriented approach. Throughout the process, she always made sure to respond to any questions and concerns promptly (day or night). Most importantly, there were no surprises at the time of closing, the rate and out-of-pocket costs were as agreed and we closed in record time. First Time Mortgage

This was my first time ever to get a mortgage for a house. I heard so many stories from friends about the difficulty to get a loan for the first time. However, this was not the case for me. My brother referred me to Tia Saad at Filo Mortgage. He had worked with her number of times and assured me that she will get things done in no time. Exactly just as he said, it didn't take long from the beginning of the loan process before I felt very comfortable that things are going very smooth.
My loan was closed in about three weeks from beginning to end. Even my real estate agent didn't believe that we got the loan this fast. On top of it, I got a great deal on the rate as well as the closing cost. Tia went above and beyond to get things done. She communicated with the seller to get thing moving. I don't know much about loans prior to this one.
My wife and I were very satisfied with the service. We have been living in our first house since the beginning of this year due to Tia's help.
My wife and I wish Tia best of luck and continued accomplishment.

Fantastic experience !!!!

Alec with FILO was phenomenal! The process was seamless , super easy and amazingly FAST!! Was so refreshing to get honest and transparent answers and advice ! Alec seems to be an expert in his field , have honest answers and made me feel like he 💯 had my best Interests in mind.
