No Fast Lane
I was expecting a more streamlined experience. It certainly wasn’t sign and drive.
Expect to update a large amount of data uploading - some seemingly not really relevant. Expect to have to find a notary when documents arrive. Don’t expect a “Fast Lane” because of great credit or big Down payment.
My assigned Customer Service lady was awesome - she cared and did a great job helping me through. Even went above and beyond and called my insurance carrier for the necessary documents.
I feel like their tech is way behind and process slow. Could certainly use a freshening up - but ultimately; I got a great rate and low payment.
I give the process a 4. Customer Service a 9.

Wonderful and quick experience
I was so nervous my car loan would be a long drawn out process but it wasn’t . Lending tree found me Rate Genius and the process was quick and precise . They communicated daily explaining the process . Thankful my Loan Rep was in contact and answered all my questions promptly .
