To be clear, I never actually worked or communicated with Gary. I worked directly with Candace Hutchinson, one of his team members. So my feedback and scores are specifically about working with her. She was excellent. One step ahead on everything, anticipating needs, openly communicative, clear, prepared... She made the whole process smooth and easy. I didn't have to worry about anything.
