I can not say enough amazing things about Jessica. Jessica worked so hard on our loan process. She never gave up, she just continued to work harder each and every bump we hit and there were several of them. I could go on and on about the amazing experience we had with Jessica, but trust me when I say you’ll never want to go with anyone else one. If you want someone who will not give up, and someone who is 110 percent honest and upfront with you Jessica is your lady. You can’t go wrong with her and we are so incredibly after so many no’s we met her and now our in our dream home. Thank you Jessica!!

It was a good experience as a first time home buyer

As a first time home buyer I needed a little more guidance to get through the process. I reached out to multiple lenders including Derrick to compare interest rates right before the rates started to increase rapidly. I almost went with my bank out of convenience even though they did not guarantee a rate. Derrick reached out at a critical time and let me know that he had locked in an interest rate for me. I decided to stick with Derrick at that point. He was patient answering all my questions and transparent throughout the process. I felt he was sincerely looking after my best interest. The communication was quick and he even helped me close a few days early. Thank you Derrick!

Exceptional Loan Officer!

I worked with Curtis throughout my home buying process and I couldn't ask for a better loan officer. He was always available to answer questions and help out no matter what time or day of the week. He was able lock in a low rate for us and keep costs as low as possible. The home buying process is stressful, but as far as Curtis and his lending team go, I knew we were in good hands throughout the entire process. Would recommend Curtis to anyone!

Never Lets You Down!!

I have worked with Aaron Spring for all my home financing needs! He is an excellent resource whom has become 'my go to guy' for all questions related to loan financing for home purchase/refinancing. I completely trust him, not only because he is one of the best in the industry as far as his knowledge base but mainly because he is honest! If he can't get you the best rate, he will let you know; he will do everything he can to try and beat the competition but if he can't then he is honest. This is why I have chosen to work with him, in the past, even when he couldn't get me the best APR but I knew I could trust him to always have my best interests in mind. Will definitely use Aaron Spring, in the future!

New Purchase: Quick Close, Easy Process

I purchased a new 3/2 home in South Florida. With a 21 day purchase agreement, Joey was able to get the loan completed well within the short timeframe and helped me throughout the process to make it as seamless and easy as possible. Greg is a Rock Star!

Greg did a great job in helping us secure financing for our home. From the first conversation to introduce himself to the day we closed on the house Greg was very professional. Throughout the entire process Greg was always on top of everything and was always planning 3 steps ahead to make sure we had a successful closing.
