They tried my patience
I submitted my application online and it said someone would contact me shortly. I waited all day and then at the end of the day I called them to see what the holdup was. The person I talked to told me that Amber was on vacation the previous week and was backed up and would call me the next day. The next day came and still no call. When I called to ask what was going on, I was able to talk to Amber. After discussing my options, she said she would get back with me shortly, of course she did not. The next day, I had to call and I found out she was not at work that day. Luckily, Evelyn sensed my frustration and decided to close my loan for Amber. That was the only pleasant experience of this whole process.
