Andy sets the bar high!

You are in good hands with Andy, felt blessed and lucky to have had Andy take care of our mortgage. Financially there was no better lenders. Personally there is nobody more trustworthy than my friend Andy!

Over communicated, transparent and honest

Robert went beyond to over communicate and explain what was going on throughout the process. You could tell how passionate he was by the communication and honesty he provided. Very fortunate we found him during this “typically” difficult process.

Exceptional service!

Working with NBKC and Lori as I purchased my first home was the most smooth, burden free process I've ever experienced. Lori made a major purchase feel less complicated and went out of her way to show support and encouragement as I searched for a home in a rapidly changing market. Little things Lori did — such as reaching out to sellers agents on my behalf and checking in to see how the process was going — made me confident in my choice to work with NBKC. Simply the best

This is the 2nd, yes 2nd time I have used Cheryl for my home buying needs. She was upfront with the cost, and all the paperwork. At one time I had 4 offers from 4 different lenders. 3 of them were trying hard to just meet Cheryls rate. Cheryl never had to go to her boss or associates and negotiate a better deal for me. Thank you Cheryl for you had work. When the time comes again for another property investment for me or my friends/family I will be sure to use your name.

Man of his word

Brad will give you his best offer available the moment you talk to him. I picked Brad over many other lenders not only for his rates but his willingness to educated and patience. He came to us at the 45 day mark and was in contact with me every step of the way. I truly believe no other lender would have been able to pull this deal off except him. He beat the builders lender with his rates and closing costs by far. He’s always honest and supports you in any way that he can. He will definitely be the first person I call to refinance.
NBKC was amazingly quick when anything was needed from them. Brad and his team make miracles happen.

The Best to work with!

Working with Andy was absolutely amazing and seamless. As first time homebuyers we were very intimated buy the entire mortgage process and Andy made sure to help us every step of the way, while also teaching us more about what we were getting in to. I highly recommend everyone works with Andy when purchasing a home! He is extremely responsive (even on the weekends) and someone who will guide you through the entire process.
