Excellent and personal service!

Our loan process was so easy thanks to Jenah and her team. She was available helping us get what we need, even on Sunday afternoon! Communication was thorough all the way. We are so happy we chose Jenah to help us buy our new home. It was a wonderful experience!

Great experience

I chose Homeplus as the rates they offered were highly competitive. I got to work with Chet Borger and I could not be happier. Chet is knowledgeable, effective, really good at answering the questions I had and a very good and timely communicator. I will definitely return to him and Homeplus in the future.

Efficient and responsive

I had a tight deadline after I had to dropped my previous lender for lack of professionalism and transparency. I had reached out to few lenders, but they couldn't met my deadline or just didn't respond in a timely manner.
In contrast, Jenah was super responsive and ensured me we could met it, which we did even though it was VA loan too! She was transparent throughout the process. I highly recommend her!

Great Experience

Quick and Easy. A pleasant surprise! On the day I applied, they were willing to put out the best rate on ban*****.com* Some of the other self-proclaimed, "bigger and and better" companies, would only offer to try and match, but were unwilling to lead. I'm glad I found Zach Adams and HomePlus Mortgage and would definitely work with them again.
