Matt was fantastic to work with in obtaining our home loan. He was very prompt in answering all of our communications. He answered all of our questions and explained what to look for when shopping for a lender. After choosing Matt and Pike Creek, he continued to answer all questions immediately. This made the loan approval process much easier. We had to pay an upfront fee which went to the appraisal. This worried us a little but our appraisal was done quickly and our loan was closed on the day we asked for- 30 days out. Thank you Matt!
